This project addresses fundamental and applications of remote sensing and hyper spectroscopy. We have aimed and achieved the following- Mathematical modelling of mixed spectral response of earth materials, developed local interactive special spectral library, build UAE national skills in remote sensing. The project studied the impact of invasive species on UAE environment, conducted optical reflectance measurements for mineral exploration and surface study of Mars planet.
